Professional Experience 
 

Cindy is a Presidential Scholar of Wesleyan College, and a graduate of George Mason University’s Institute for Leadership Excellence coaching program. She is recognized by the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach and recently received her certificate as a Master Coach.

Her years of traveling and living abroad have supported her interest in international business, leadership training, and creating resilient leaders. Along with more than 15 years of managing and developing human capital, she has extensive training in change management, strengths coaching, resilience, communication, and behavior assessments.

 

She is certified in Linkage Change Management  (MOT & ITO), Wiley’s Everything DiSC, and a Gallup Strengths. 

Executive Coaching

In 2016, Cindy cultivated a coaching business around change, transition, strengths, behavior, and communication known as Executive Coaching for Organizational Well-Being (ECOW). 

As a highly requested executive coach, Cindy has developed a powerful coaching process that has been rated "exceptional" by senior executive leaders. Her broad base of clients come from a wide range of organizations that span the globe.

 

Cindy is best known for her metaphorical coaching style. As a former teacher and trainer, she feels critical thinking is very important in creating success. She is passionate about her clients noticing behavior shifts as they embark on their coaching journey.
